Wonderful Cloud provides cost visibility and recommendations. It does not make infrastructure changes unless a future paid automation feature is explicitly enabled by the customer.
Fees, subscription tiers, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and invoices are handled through Stripe and the selected plan.
